Outdoor swing beds let you nap, lounge, and relax on the porch the way a hammock never quite could — with a real mattress or thick cushion, ceiling fans overhead, and a cup of coffee within reach. These oversized hanging beds are built to handle full outdoor exposure while holding 600–800 lbs.

Shop swing beds and porch daybeds from A&L Furniture (Amish-made cedar, 4-foot to twin mattress width) and LuxCraft (recycled plastic). Most A&L swing beds are available with matching cushions in 20 fabric options. Hanging hardware and stands also available.

Not sure what size you need? A 4-foot swing bed fits one adult lying down; a twin (75") fits two. Most standard porch ceilings can support a swing bed — contact us if you have questions about ceiling joist requirements.
