At 4' x 6', this is the compact end of the Cape Cod line — an approachable size for smaller yards that still delivers real wood construction, working windows, and a proper covered doorway rather than a flimsy plastic shell.

As with every Little Cottage Co. panelized kit, the walls arrive pre-assembled and pre-primed with siding and trim already fastened on, and everything else precut and labeled — there's no cutting required on-site. Little Cottage Co.'s published assembly guidance puts a panelized build at roughly 4 to 8 hours for 2 adults depending on size and skill level; at 4x6, expect the shorter end of that window. Shingles, drip-edge, and exterior paint are supplied by the customer.
