What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and PayPal.

Do you offer free shipping?

We love saving our customers money so we always offer free shipping on every order!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Nebraska. If you live outside the state of Nebraska then you will not be charged sales tax. 

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number once your item has shipped. From there you can click on the tracking number and see when your order will arrive. 

What if the item I want is out of stock?

 Unfortunately, we can't always keep up with our customer's demands and that causes items to be out of stock. Shoot us a quick email and we will be able to give you an idea of when the product will be out of stock. 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the Continental United States. We will be adding world wide shipping in the future. 

Do you have any store locations?

We do not have any retail store locations. 

When can I expect delivery?

Check each product for estimated shipping times. 

How do I change my order?

Once you place your order you will have to call or email us to change your order. We will make note of it and correct it on our end. 

How can I submit a review?

Whether it's good or bad, we want to hear what you have to say about our products. At the bottom of each product page, there is an option to leave a review.
