Inspired by the historic 1872 Star Barn in Lancaster County, PA (listed on the National Register of Historic Places), the Little Cottage Co. Star Barn brings genuine barn architecture — corbels, star-cut louvers, and a cupola topped with a copper finial — down to a 10' x 14' backyard-scale panelized kit. This is a substantial structure, not a small playhouse: at over 22 feet to the top of the finial, it's built to serve as real storage, a workshop, or a statement outbuilding as much as a play space.

As with the rest of the Little Cottage Co. line, wall panels arrive pre-assembled with siding and trim fastened on and pre-primed for paint, so assembly is primarily standing, securing, and roofing panels — though given the size of this structure, plan for a multi-day build with at least two people.
