The Craftsman Playhouse is Little Cottage Co.'s activity-focused design, built around a covered front porch, an elevated activity deck with railing, and an attached slide that turns backyard play into an adventure. At 9' x 8', it's sized to give active kids room to climb, slide, and gather with friends, while still delivering the real-wood construction and durable siding of the rest of the LCC lineup.

Little Cottage Co.'s general assembly guidance puts a panelized build at roughly 4 to 8 hours for 2 adults depending on size and skill level; given the added deck and slide components on this model, plan on the higher end of that range, likely a full weekend for most builders. Shingles, drip-edge, and exterior paint are supplied by the customer.
