Returns & warranty
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging and an RMA number issued by us. A few product types aren't eligible for return -- custom or made-to-order items, cushions with a specified fabric selection, and any product that has been assembled, installed, or used.
