Designing your outdoor space around the new Samsung Terrace TV

Every year we get to experience new technology designed and curated for the outdoors make their way to the backyards of homeowners everywhere. Sometimes it’s with lighting and other times it’s with speakers, but this year Samsung is taking it a step further.

With the new Samsung Terrace TV, you can bring everything you love about the living room to your outdoor space. While most homeowners will have to choose between safety, stability, and quality when shopping for an outdoor television, the Samsung Terrace TV gives you all three features in one.

When designing your outdoor space around the new Samsung Terrace TV, you’ll be able to incorporate much more modern designs and effectively turn your backyard patio into a relaxing lounge with outdoor furniture.

Samsung Takes Care of the Entertainment

The Samsung Terrace TV is a one-of-its-kind outdoor tv solution designed to withstand the unpredictable conditions we see on a daily basis. Better yet, they combine the television with a state-of-the-art soundbar with the same outdoor capabilities.

Let’s take a closer look at how the Samsung Terrace TV combines amazing picture quality with amazing sound quality outdoors.

Amazing Picture Quality

Available in three different sizes -- 55, 65, and 75-inch screens -- the Terrace is designed with a metal frame that can be mounted onto the wall with no gaps. Samsung utilizes a QLED display with a brightness of 2,000 nits. This makes it ideal for withstanding the sun and glares.

It’s also rated with an IP55 certification, meaning it can withstand downpours and the pressure of water jets. They use a small door on the back that’s also rated with an IP55 certification to keep the ports safe. Other features include ability to connect to WIFI and the ability to adjust to live streaming specifications.

Amazing Sound Quality

The soundbar will bring you amazing sound that will also have the ability to withstand water and elements up to IP55. The TV itself will also have two speakers to maximize sound.

As far as the soundbar goes, it features a wide-ranging tweeter, center speaker, and 210-watt woofer. It’ll have distortion-canceling capabilities to make the sound much clearer.

What’s a TV Without Seating?

Having a television in your outdoor space is one thing, but it’ll be difficult to make any use of it without the right furniture to surround it with. When designing your outdoor space with the new Samsung Terrace TV, you’ll need somewhere comfortable to sit and relax.

With the metallic finish on the television and modern design with the soundbar, you can’t go wrong with furniture featuring a metallic frame and matte finish. Wood furniture can also go well, especially a darker wood that will match the television.

Either way, you’ll be able to find some unique sofa, chair, rocker, swing, and bench designs to compliment your new Samsung Terrace TV.

Adding In the Side Tables and Coffee Table

To fully bring the indoor experience to your backyard patio when designing your outdoor space, you’ll need to pair your seating with some tables. As a general rule of thumb, going with a matching set is always a good idea.

With that being said, don’t be scared to be unique and creative if you want to truly bring out your own personality. Introduce foldable dinner tables so you can enjoy a meal in your outdoor space. A coffee table makes a good centerpiece, as well.
