Battery Park City's 10280 zip code ranks 11th in the nation at $172,864 per capita income. While closely related to neighboring 10282, this zip covers the southernmost residential towers along the Hudson River esplanade — a community that prioritizes waterfront views and easy access to outdoor spaces.
For terraces and rooftop spaces in this part of Battery Park City, the same principles apply: furniture needs to resist salt air, wind, and the freeze-thaw cycle of New York winters. LuxCraft poly lumber furniture handles all of it without maintenance.
The most versatile choice for a southern Battery Park City terrace is the LuxCraft Black Deluxe Adirondack Chair with Cup Holder — deep, comfortable, and suited to evenings watching the harbor. For building communal spaces, a set of glider swings creates a genuinely inviting space that residents actually use. Browse the full LuxCraft outdoor collection for more options.
