The A&L Furniture Cedar Marlboro Swing is a handcrafted Amish porch swing in the classic Marlboro highback style — straight vertical back slats, clean top rail, and a timeless silhouette that suits traditional, craftsman, farmhouse, and cottage-style porches equally well. Built from genuine western red cedar in Gap, Pennsylvania by Amish craftsmen who have been making outdoor furniture by hand since 1984.

Western red cedar construction
Western red cedar is naturally resistant to moisture and insects — one of the best woods for outdoor furniture. It accepts stain readily, developing warm, rich tones in cedar, redwood, and natural finishes. Like all outdoor wood furniture, a cedar porch swing benefits from sealing or staining every 2–3 years to maintain its appearance and extend its life in wet climates. In covered porch applications with minimal rain exposure, maintenance intervals can be longer.

The Marlboro is A&L's most popular porch swing profile — a classic American highback with vertical back slats and a straight-topped backrest. Installation
