The Classic Small Barn with Overhang pairs a genuine gambrel barn roofline with a sheltered front overhang — a small but useful architectural detail that gives you a dry spot to unload a mower, store firewood in reach of the elements, or just stand under while you find your keys. The gambrel roof also does real work indoors: its steeper upper slope opens up more headroom than a standard gable shed, so taller equipment and stacked storage both fit more comfortably. Like the rest of the Little Cottage Co. Classic Series, it ships as a panelized kit — primed, pre-sided wall sections you fasten together rather than raw lumber you frame from scratch.
