The A&L Furniture 4ft Traditional Picnic Table with 2 Benches is a classic American outdoor dining set built from genuine western red cedar by Amish craftsmen in Gap, Pennsylvania. Traditional cross-leg base design, generous 4-foot length, and two matching attached benches for 4–6 people. Available in 4-foot and 6-foot sizes across multiple color and stain options. Umbrella hole optional at no charge.
Western red cedar is the gold standard for outdoor picnic furniture — naturally resistant to moisture, insects, and decay, it develops beautiful silver-gray patina when left unfinished outdoors or holds warm wood tones with periodic staining.
Traditional tables have the classic A-frame leg structure. Cross-leg tables use intersecting X-shaped leg supports. Both are equally stable and durable; the choice is primarily aesthetic. Traditional is the most universally recognized picnic table profile; cross-leg has a slightly more modern look.
